Your information may be stored and processed through MiniVAN's platform in accordance with their privacy practices. We do not sell or share your information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights & How to Opt Out

Your participation is always voluntary.

To stop receiving text messages: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will be removed from our texting list immediately.

To stop receiving calls: Contact us directly at teamsurratt315@gmail.com and request to be removed from our call list.

To request removal of your information: Email us at teamsurratt315@gmail.com with your name and phone number and we will remove you from our records.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further communications after that.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. The Campaign is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile provider.

No Sharing or Selling of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Information may be shared only as required by law or with service providers directly supporting campaign operations (such as MiniVAN).

Children's Privacy

This campaign does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has submitted their information to us, please contact us immediately.
